In addition to the company's control, mechanical electronic integration, and optical coupling technology, Advanced development of photonic crystal technology applications and high-speed automated optical inspection equipment. Self-assembling particle photonic crystal technology can be applied to the development of different materials and used to form photonic crystal modules with different optical properties. We are working on further advanced development of this core technology to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency. As for high-speed automated optical inspection equipment, our company is developing high-speed and high-volume testing for full area scanning, with fully automated feeding and discharging, and laser-barcode readers for automated sorting.

Current R&D focus

  • ■ Improved control system: advanced development of motion controllers and cards to simplify software and hardware architectures to improve cost effectiveness.
  • ■ High-speed IN-LINE PCB Separator: From our many years of experience and R&D expertise building PCB Separators and working with customers, our company has developed advanced inline and offline PCB Separators.
  • ■ Laser Diodes alignment packaging, Capper (Capping Machine), auto focus measurement, and automatic UV dispensers, for optical communications components processing equipment
  • ■ DRAM module production line: DRAM module production line has a full range of automation features for the PCB manufacturing process, integrated for upstream to downstream checking and packing process for fully automated production lines.
  • ■ Photonic crystal technology and automation equipment: Self-assembled photonic crystal technology can be applied in the development of different materials, used to develop photonic crystals, form photonic crystal templates with different optical properties. HR Training

  • ■ There are six types of training programs:
    • 1.New staff training : New staff training will assist new colleagues to get familiar with the corporate environment, culture and related management practices, hardware and software facilities.
    • 2.Pre-training : Pre-training is assigned by unit manager to train trainee on specific professional skill.
    • 3.Manager position training : Manager position training will focus on comprehensive management capabilities training.
    • 4.Job specific training : Job specific training will focus on developing various professional skills.
    • 5.Project specific training : Project specific training program will aim to fulfill the project needs or special needs of the management.
    • 6.Self development training : Self-development training program will correspond with the management's direction.
  • ■ HR Development and Training
    Aurotek provides internal and external training programs annually. The programs include professional skills training and management courses. In addition to the general curriculum, the trainees will receive diverse and practical research experience through live demonstrations by experienced personnel, online E-learning and case studies from corporate-research institutions and corporation-universities collaboration studies.
  • ■ Record of training assessment
    Training data will be preserved for job rotation and the basis for future promotion.

The future planning

  • ■ After the end of the military service is reached, except for R&D-related work, some staff will be trained towards management positions or transferred to a project responsible for the integration of R&D resources inside and outside of the company.
  • ■ Planning for management alternative service staff as the core R & D personnel: The qualify draftees are required to take management training courses. Depending on the result, the accepted dratees will receive offer for manager position and receive further training.
