☆Thanks to brushless DC motor ,there will be no more worn down of the brush . A longer life time of the motor and a quiet operation can be expected.     
☆The new function of angle control in tightening operation has been adopted.

  • 1. Torque tightening of screw・・・Tightening the screw with set Torque.
  • 2. The tightening of the screw (Limited angle)    
         It can prevent from stripping of the thread by adopting the limitation of rotating angle 
  • 3. The tightening of the screw with angle control 
         The screw can be tightened precisely by setting the angle for the length of the screw.   
  • 4. The loosening the screw 
        User can select a setting from 2 kind of the torque value or angle control.  
  • 5. The unit for setting  angle is now 1°. It can be controlled more precisely comparing with conventional type of CT-F.    

☆Now you can find the error  Bank  in the operation .     
☆With setting of each different parameters, User can set the torque for tightening ,the torque for loosening and the angle of rotation.
☆Power supply is now separated from the housing of controller. User can have a wide space by placing the controller under the table for instance.
☆The steady precise torque can be obtain  with the same conventional current control system.
